Every order from Sam’s Craft Shed is made with care, attention to detail, and a whole lot of heart. From personalised designs to careful packaging, we make sure your goodies arrive just as special as the moment you give them.

What if I'm not happy?

Because our gifts are custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order or it arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch and we’ll happily work with you to make it right.

How long will it take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the product and level of customisation. As a guide, most orders are crafted and dispatched within 4–14 business days. Customers will be notified if their order requires additional time.
